Extra-high Voltage Cables

EHV power cables are manufactured to meet the requirements of international standards, i.e. IEC, BS, VDE, SS and the purchaser's specification etc. Our products include cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated cables as well as oil-filled cables with various sizes of conductors, insulations, metallic sheath and outer coverings. Medium & Low Voltage Cable

This cable is made by wrapping the conductor with cross-linked polyethylene, which is an insulation material. This is a distribution cable for the power of 0.6/1kV to 22.9kV.

Since cross-linked polyethylene whose heat-resisting temperature is 90 is used as the insulation material, this product has great heat resistance performance. It is categorized into flame retardant cables, heat-resisting cables, and environmentally friendly cables depending on its features.

  

 

XLPE Insulated Cable

As a result of stable intermolecular bonds, XLPE insulated cable has much better thermal and mechanical properties than the conventional polyethylene. This property makes XLPE insulated cables used at maximum

continuous conductor temperature of 90 or 105 while .conventional polyethylene insulated cables are used at that of 75. The usual low and medium voltage grades of our XLPE cables are 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3(3.6)kV, 3.6/6(7.2)kV, 6/10(12)kV, 8.7/15(17.5)kV, 12/20(24)kV and 18/30(36)kV

PVC Insulated Wire

PVC insulated wires are used for the distribution lines between substations and end-users and for indoor distribution. According to their application, the PVC insulated wires are classified into outdoor PVC
 insulated wire, PVC insulated drop wire, heat resistant PVC insulated wire and PVC insulated grounding wire etc.
